Three Hour Fishing Charter
Perfect for young children or first time saltwater fisherman who enjoy the calmer waters of the Calibogue Sound and May River. Most Common Catches are Shark and Sting Ray in the summer and Redfish and Trout during the cooler months.

Four Hour Fishing Charter
Looking for some thrilling fishing without spending an entire day on the water? A four hour Charter allows us enough time to pursue live bait and venture as far as 5 miles offshore in pursuit of medium to large Shark, or we can target Redfish, Trout, Jacks or Tarpon depending on the season.

Five Hour Fishing Charter
Our Most Popular Trip! This gives us enough time to fish our nearest artificial reef, which provides a variety of species in addition to our many Sharks. Black Sea Bass, Weakfish, Bluefish, Grouper and Mackerel just to name a few.

Six Hour Fishing Charter
If Big Sharks are what your are after, this is the trip for you! This allows us plenty time to see the entire backside of Hilton Head as we venture deep into the Port Royal Sound which is famous for huge Sharks.

Seven Hour Fishing Charter
If you want some deep sea fishing but need to be back by dinner, you will love this trip. We will venture 15 miles offshore and have the chance to fish two very productive and popular artificial reefs (Eagles Nest and Tire Reef). As an alternative, we can fish multiple different inshore/ nearshore locations and target several different species of fish.

Eight Hour Fishing Charter
Two words- “Betsy Ross” . The Betsy is the single largest piece of reef structure off the coast of South Carolina as well as the first sign of 85’ of water. This depth is kind of the gateway to true offshore species of respectable size and variety. The perfect adventure for catching huge fish!

All Day Offshore Fishing
This is the trip that will be the topic of conversation for years to come. We top off the fuel tank and leave the dock before Sunrise and hope to return by dark with coolers full of fish such as Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, Grouper, Snapper, Tuna and more. There is also always a chance to catch a Sailfish or Marlin in the process.

Accommodations
All trips have a maximum capacity of six passengers. If you have a larger group, we can accommodate with notice. Multi-boat trips can be arranged in advance and we have close ties with several other reputable Charter Captains in the area.
Our goal is to make your trip with Tail Tamer Charters your most enjoyable day spent on the water. If for any reason you are not enjoying your fishing experience, please notify your Captain immediately. This is your Private charter and your Captain needs to be aware of your thoughts to ensure you have a pleasant trip.
